Job Summary
Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades including panel upgrades, lighting, outlets, switches, and circuits. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately while reading wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Work independently or collaborate with team members as needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of residential electrical experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Mechanical aptitude with strong hands‐on problem‐solving ability
- Solid understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Must have hand tools
- Willingness to join the union upon employment
