Job Summary
Lead the installation of residential solar electrical systems, including MPUs and battery installations, ensuring compliance with NEC/local codes; troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues; work with PV installation crew and homeowners; coordinate with inspectors and ensure safety practices per OSHA; duties include performing or assisting in electrical work, leading crew in Foreman's absence, and communicating with customers to fulfill system upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Electrical installation experience
- Ability to work with wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC
- Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license
- Compliance with NEC codes and local requirements
