Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Electrical & Plumbing Technicians by setting clear expectations, holding them accountable to results, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Drive financial performance through goal-setting, reporting, and coaching, while using data to diagnose issues and translate operational decisions into tangible outcomes. Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes, optimize scheduling, and ensure responsiveness for every job, including escalations. This high-impact leadership role requires 3+ years of experience in residential electrical and plumbing, with direct P&L responsibility and autonomy to make real-time decisions.
