Job Summary
Lead and scale a residential electrical division as a Dept Manager (Master Electrician). Responsibilities include budgeting and financial performance, scheduling, job flow, service quality, compliance and safety standards, recruiting and developing electricians, managing tools, fleet, and inventory, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching hands-on leadership to the team. Must hold a Master Electrician license (or be ready to sit for the exam; employer pays) and have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. Requires 3+ years of leadership experience in electrical or construction, strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety, and a builder’s mindset focused on growth, ownership, and creating systems and processes. Required Qualifications
