Residential DSP Supervisor II (Group Homes - Phoenix)

Job Summary
Direct residential DSP supervision for group home Members, overseeing work schedules, timekeeping, and health, safety, and security including Activities of Daily Living. Ensure monthly activity calendars are completed and maintained while collecting and reporting data quarterly. Maintain all records and documentation per assigned timelines to comply with Arizona Licensing Standards and TOT Policy. Advocate for Members and their families to ensure individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have a voice. Work collaboratively with Members, staff, families, funders, and stakeholders in a safety-sensitive environment requiring physical ability to lift 40 pounds and perform various manual tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Arizona driver license with Non-Restricted Motor Vehicle Record and compliance per the requirements of TOT's insurance carrier
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write, speak, and listen effectively in English
- High school diploma or GED
- Beginner MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, web browsing
- Successfully meet AZ-DPS requirements for Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Lift, carry, or transfer minimum of 40 pounds
- Bend, kneel, and stoop
- Push, pull wheelchairs
- Reach, reach overhead
- Sit, stand, walk for extended periods
- Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity to eye
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field
