Job Summary
Provide supervision and support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with personal care, daily living skills, and transport to community outings. Plan and participate in activities including arts and crafts, games, cooking, and social events to promote independence and engagement. Maintain accurate daily documentation using the THERAP Electronic Health Record system while collaborating with team members to ensure a safe environment. Requires a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean record, high school diploma or GED, and availability for weekend shifts from 5pm to 10pm. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- A verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid New Jersey auto driver's license with less than 5 points
- Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for Sundays and Mondays 5pm to 10pm
