Job Summary
Residential DSP (Direct Care Professional) at full-time schedule in Mehlville/Saint Louis, MO. Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene, facilitate activities, follow medical orders, and administer medications. Role involves supporting individuals with disabilities, offering choices for daily activities, and facilitating community outings. Requires valid driver’s license with clean driving record, weekend shifts, and training. Female applicants only per client request. 35 hours weekly; set schedule: Tue 2PM-10PM, Wed 4PM-10PM, Thu 4PM-10PM, Fri 2PM-10PM, Sat 3PM-10PM. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's license
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
- A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
