Residential Driver

Residential Driver operates a collection truck on designated routes, performs pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, loads refuse and operates the compactor, services customers professionally, ensures vehicle is in compliance with safety standards, completes route/productivity and vehicle-condition reports, and adheres to company and regulatory safety policies. Requires Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement, two years of experience with heavy commercial trucks, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Physical duties include light lifting and maintaining safe operations on each disposal trip. The role is based in Gadsden, AL, and involves on-site work with standard reporting obligations.
