Residential Driver - CDL (B)

Residential Driver – CDL (B) operates a collection truck to provide waste removal services. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive pre- and post-operation inspections, reading and following route sheets, servicing customers on the assigned route, operating manual and/or automatic controls to lift, load, and dispose of waste, and ensuring safety standards are adhered to at all times. The role requires courteous interaction with customers and dispatchers, completion of route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports (VCRs), ongoing monitoring of vehicle condition, and participation in the company’s ReSOP program. Candidates must maintain safety compliance, follow company policies, and demonstrate time management and reliable follow-through. Minimum requirements include a Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement and related benefits eligibility.
