Residential Driver

Operate a heavy-duty truck on container delivery, recycling, residential, commercial, or industrial (roll-off) routes while complying with OSHA/DOT regulations and company policies. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, report vehicle deficiencies, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle. Coordinate with Route Supervisors/Dispatch, communicate customer requests, and ensure proper disposal at the MRF. Common duties include assisting with route efficiencies, following scheduled routes (Mon-Sat, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM), lifting up to 75 lb, and working in outdoor environments with exposure to dust, fumes, and noise. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid Class A or B CDL, 1 year of commercial driving experience, and ability to meet DOT requirements. Preferred qualifications include age 21+, bilingual English/Spanish, 3+ years driving experience, and experience in waste/environmental services.
