Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve residential and commercial drain and sewer issues by operating hydro jetters, sewer cameras, and related tools. Perform sewer line inspections, communicate findings to customers, and complete drain cleaning, root removal, and minor sewer repairs. Assist with trenchless repairs including CIPP and SIPP installations when applicable. Maintain accurate service documentation and follow all company safety procedures while keeping the work vehicle clean and organized. Requires 2+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift equipment and work in confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential or commercial drain service experience
- Experience with sewer cameras, hydro jetting, and drain cleaning equipment
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding work
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with trenchless technologies, including CIPP and SIPP
- CIPP and/or SIPP experience
