Job Summary
Perform residential drain cleaning using cable machines, high-pressure jetting equipment, and sewer cameras to clear blockages in sinks, tubs, toilets, and main lines. Diagnose drain and sewer issues, determine root causes, and recommend effective solutions to restore proper flow. Provide routine maintenance including descaling, root treatment, and system flushing. Prepare accurate service estimates and educate customers on long-term solutions. Document all work performed using Service Titan software while maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols and local codes. Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining findings and resolving concerns promptly. Valid driver's license required with 2–3+ years of experience in drain cleaning or sewer maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in drain cleaning, sewer maintenance, or a related residential service role
- Proficiency with cable machines, jetters, sewer cameras, locators, and other drain‐cleaning tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Service Titan or similar field‐service software preferred
