Job Summary
Create and modify Revit drawings for new home construction projects; work with speed, accuracy, and creativity; communicate effectively with sales during plan modification; develop elements of production drawings from sketches or verbal input; incorporate survey information into site plans; function as an effective member of a project team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in drafting/AutoCAD/Revit or related field OR 2-year associate degree or technical trade school completion with AutoCAD/Revit experience OR 3+ years AutoCAD/Revit experience with no formal degree
- 1+ year AutoCAD/Revit experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in Revit; ability to create/modify residential drawings and integrate survey data into site plans
- Ability to work with sales during plan modification and contribute to production drawings
