Residential Door Service Technician responsible for installing and repairing residential garage doors and operating systems. Works independently to complete jobs, maintain records, and ensure safety. Role may start and finish from home after training, with no mandatory daily office visits. Requires 1-3 years construction experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 75 pounds. Hands-on training provided; company vehicle after training. Primary duties include servicing homeowners and homebuilders, tracking job paperwork, and upholding safety standards.
