Residential Director (WG)

Residential Director leads residential services and provides senior management oversight of staff (Shift Supervisors and Clinical Aides), ensuring safe, high-quality direct patient care and coordinated support services within the residential program. Responsibilities include staffing oversight, schedule coordination, policy compliance, regular staff meetings, performance management, recruitment and hiring support, incident-reportation, liaison among Admissions, Nursing, and Clinical departments, maintaining documentation, providing additional therapeutic support as needed, and participating in required management meetings and training. Requires a master’s degree with licensure preferred, five years of SUD experience, and at least two years of progressive management experience; degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or human services is required. Travel to meetings, training, and other Malvern sites is required.
