Residential Director

Develop, administer, and operate residential facilities while conducting routine monitorship to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards. Manage program budgets, authorize major equipment purchases, and evaluate placements to maintain safe staffing ratios and adequate support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Supervise and train residential staff, review paperwork for quality control, and handle critical incidents including abuse allegations. Represent the agency in the community through civic efforts and presentations. Operate within a forty-hour workweek Monday through Friday, with schedule adjustments as needed to accommodate agency needs.
