Job Summary
Residential Direct Care Staff provide structured, safe, and therapeutic 24/7 supervision in CHD Congregate Care Programs for youth with complex behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include delivering behavioral health treatments per individual plans, maintaining a strength-based environment, collaborating with families, DCF, and supporting agencies, and ensuring regular supervision and professional development. shifts include day/evening/overnight (7-3, 3-11, 11-7) with weekend availability; background screening required; electronic logging and documentation; must be able to work within multiple programs and support youth self-regulation. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, teamwork, and commitment to high-needs youth are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete and pass the background record screening process

- Computer literacy for electronic logging and documentation
