Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to adults living with serious mental illness in a residential setting. Assist residents with daily activities, ensure their safety, and foster a supportive, family-like environment. Maintain a valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record to transport residents as needed. This full-time role includes a 2nd shift weekday schedule (3 pm – 10 pm) plus rotating Saturdays and Sundays. Applicants must have at least one year of experience supporting adults with conditions such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, along with a high school diploma. Required Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record
- 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2nd Shift Weekdays (4 weekdays: 3 pm – 10 pm)
- Every Other Saturday (1st or 2nd Shift Available)
- Every other Sunday (1st or 2nd Shift Available)
