Job Summary
Residential Development Manager to oversee master-planned community projects from due diligence through construction, coordinating consultants/contractors, developing schedules and budgets, updating development proformas, and leading bidding, contract negotiation, and change control in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 4+ years in residential/master-planned development, strong MUD experience preferred, and excellent communication, financial, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in development-related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in residential or master-planned community development
- Strong experience with MUDs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Proven ability to delegate effectively and ensure accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
