Job Summary
Process incoming orders for new installations by provisioning service, scheduling with customers, and completing billing. Handle change of service requests, open service orders, and make account changes. Complete assigned scheduling, survey, reminder, and landlord calls. Provide storefront in-person customer service coverage including taking payments, answering questions, and scheduling appointments. This role requires 1+ year of customer service experience and a valid driver's license. Colorado residents earn $17 to $19 hourly. Mandatory training spans seven weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT. The customer service line operates seven days a week with potential Saturday on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience
