Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities for ultra-luxury custom homes 4,000 sq. ft. and larger; review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents; maintain proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams; manage scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and project progress; identify and troubleshoot issues to maintain timelines; process RFIs, submittals, and change orders; ensure compliance with local building codes, inspections, permitting, and safety requirements; utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, and workflow management; uphold craftsmanship, service, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in new construction of ultra-luxury custom homes
- Procore experience required
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and local inspection processes
- Proficiency with RFIs, change orders, and project documentation processes
