Job Summary
Provide direct care to clients in a residential crisis stabilization unit, ensuring their safety and supporting crisis stabilization goals. Administer medications per guidelines, maintain accurate service records, and facilitate group activities while liaising with community resources. Work as part of a team to assist treatment plan goal work and provide a home-like environment for adults experiencing mental health or co-occurring crises. This full-time, 40-hour position includes a Wednesday through Saturday overnight shift with a $2/hour differential. Candidates must obtain MHRT-1 and CRMA certifications within six months and possess a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher education course completion equivalency or High School Diploma with related experience
- Must be able to obtain MHRT-1 and CRMA certification within 6 months of hire date

- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must be able to pass child protective service check
- Must be able to pass sex offender check
- Must be able to pass CNA registry check
- Must not be on the state or federal suspension or disbarment list
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical including ability to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, typing and frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to pass pre-employment TB screen
- Must provide proof of immunization or immunity against rubeola (measles), mumps, rubella (German measles), varicella (chicken pox), influenza, and hepatitis B
