Job Summary
Provide direct care to clients in a home-like environment, including listening support, assisting treatment plan goals, administering medication, and facilitating group activities. Ensure safety for clients, staff, and the community while maintaining accurate medical record documentation. Liaise with community resources and collaborate with clinicians to support crisis stabilization goals. Maintain a comfortable residential setting and engage in ongoing training to achieve MHRT-1 and CRMA certification. This full-time, 40-hour position requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher education course completion equivalency or High School Diploma with related experience
- Must be able to obtain MHRT-1 and CRMA certification within 6 months of hire date
- Solid oral and written communication

- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must be able to pass child protective service check
- Must be able to pass sex offender check
- Must be able to pass CNA registry check
- Must not be on the state or federal suspension or disbarment list
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical including ability to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, typing and frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to pass pre-employment TB screen
- Must provide proof of immunization or immunity against rubeola (measles), mumps, rubella (German measles), varicella (chicken pox), influenza, and hepatitis B
