Job Summary
Provide direct active treatment to clients and support training per each client’s individual program plans. Teach and assist clients in using community resources; help with daily living activities including personal hygiene, feeding, and housekeeping; assist with social and recreational program activities. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Part-time role with responsibilities in a group-home CILA setting for adults with developmental disabilities; located in Grayslake, IL.
