Job Summary
Residential Counselor position at Sheppard Pratt School and Residential Treatment Center in Towson, MD. Provide guidance and support to students ages 12-18 living in a residential treatment setting; reinforce daily living skills, organize recreational activities, support behavior standards, and document accurately. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred (time of appointment)
- Experience working with youth in residential/therapeutic settings preferred
