Residential Counselor

Maintain physical and emotional health and ensure safe community living for individuals with intellectual, developmental, autism, or acquired brain injury disabilities. Foster relationships with housemates, family, and neighbors while coaching residents to develop independence, confidence, and self-determination. Encourage participants to identify strengths, explore new opportunities, and participate in community activities, work, and volunteer opportunities aligned with their goals. Provide person-centered support, supervision, and companionship rooted in respect for each individual's uniqueness. Work 19 hours weekly on Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturdays from 12pm to 9pm at $20.00/hourly.
