Residential Counselor - Relief

Maintain residents' physical and emotional health and ensure their safety while fostering relationships with housemates, family, and neighbors. Develop skills that increase independence, confidence, and self-determination through support, supervision, coaching, and companionship rooted in respect. Encourage individuals to identify strengths, explore new opportunities, and participate in community activities, work, and volunteer opportunities reflecting their goals. Provide person-centered support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injury to help them become valued community members. Work flexible relief shifts in Jamaica Plains, Newton, and Waltham areas with 24/7 staffing schedules tailored to residents' needs.
