Job Summary
Conduct daily therapeutic activities including arts and crafts, recreational outings, and offsite field trips to support student development. Create a safe community by role modeling coping strategies and teaching life skills such as cooking, banking, and vocational training. Provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to maintain a therapeutic atmosphere while transporting students, which requires a valid driver's license. Work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed in a 24-hour residential setting with flexible three, four, or five-day weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Maintains valid driver's license
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
Desired Qualifications
- Residential or Mental Health setting experience preferred
