Residential Counselor (PT)

Residential Counselor responsibilities include supporting individuals in residence and community settings, implementing Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) and Individual Service Plan (ISP) objectives, and promoting a high quality of living. Role involves assisting with daily living activities (showers, toileting, grooming, laundry), transporting individuals as needed, supervising for safety, and documenting data throughout the shift. Requires strong verbal/written communication, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, teamwork, and flexibility to work in-person on a 3pm–11pm schedule. Must maintain HIPAA/confidentiality and complete required licensing/training (PABC, CPR/First Aid, MAP, DDS). Prior residential experience is preferred. Location: Leominster, MA; in-person on-site role with hourly pay.
