Residential Counselor - Part Time

Maintain physical and emotional health and ensure safe community living for individuals with intellectual, developmental, or acquired brain injuries. Foster relationships with housemates, family, and neighbors while coaching residents to develop independence, confidence, and self-determination. Encourage participation in community activities, work, and volunteer opportunities that align with personal goals. Provide person-centered support, supervision, and companionship rooted in respect for each individual's uniqueness. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8am–2pm (30 hours).
