Residential Counselor - Part Time

Maintain residents' physical and emotional health and live safely in the community by fostering relationships with housemates, family, and neighbors. Develop skills that increase independence, confidence, and self-determination through support, supervision, coaching, and companionship rooted in respect. Encourage individuals to identify strengths and explore community activities, work, and volunteer opportunities reflecting their goals. Work in welcoming neighborhood settings where 3–5 people share homes, with staffing available 24/7. Schedule includes Thursday through Sunday shifts totaling 28 hours.
