Job Summary
Supervise daily activities of participants in a residential treatment program, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling for personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring, and community living. Facilitate improvements in behavior and life skills for adults with mental illness seeking independent living. Work the 2nd shift from Wednesday to Saturday in Ashland, NH, with an Associate degree preferred and two years of related experience. Participants often transition to apartments and college with staff support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population
