Residential Counselor: Mills House- 7104

Maintain physical environment and program standards set by funders, accreditors, and agency policies. Monitor self-administration of client medications and teach residents activities of daily living. Effectively utilize communication tools to collaborate with co-workers, clients, providers, and families. Prepare and facilitate educational groups, one-to-one interventions, and assist residents in addressing medical and psychiatric needs. Maintain documentation in compliance with standards and assist in administrative functions. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, trainings, and other assigned meetings. Work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm-11pm and Saturday 7am-11pm at Mills House in Windsor, CT.
