Job Summary
Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) and assist people with activities of daily living, including household chores and cooking, within a residential Group Living Environment. Work alongside the Clinical Program Director to implement recovery-oriented, person-centered, and trauma-informed treatment plans while building independence skills for individuals with psychiatric conditions. Collaborate with families, friends, employers, and support staff to increase each person's quality of life. This role requires 30 hours per week and includes a fully funded retirement plan, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 15 days of vacation and 11 paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid US driver's license
- At least 21 years of age
- Driver's license held for at least 6 months
- Ability to pass a CORI, driving record, employment reference check, and multi-state background check
- Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within two weeks of hire
- Ability to become MAP certified within 150 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a human services discipline
- Prior experience working in a human services setting
- Bilingual/bicultural skills
- Lived experience of psychiatric conditions
