Job Summary
Provide direct service in a GLE/SIE residential setting, helping Persons Served overcome barriers to independent living. Implement treatment plan interventions as directed by the Team LPHA Clinician, administer medications per MAP policies, and perform crisis interventions when needed. Assist with meal preparation, physical site maintenance, and orientation of new residents while collaborating with the Integrated Team. Use recovery-oriented, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches to foster social interaction and advocacy. Complete all required documentation, participate in trainings and supervision, and support evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction. Maintain a safe, clean environment and comply with licensing standards. Valid driver's license, CPR, and First Aid required within two weeks of hire.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must possess and maintain adequate insurance (if using personal vehicle)
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Valid US driver's license for at least six months
- Ability to pass a driver's screening background check
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques or the use of a two-person lift
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copier, and printer
- Ability to sit, reach, climb stairs, and maneuver through narrow spaces or hallways
- Ability to assist PS with tasks of daily living
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time as needed
- Ability to bend, reach, file, sit, stand, and move around the facility
- Ability to speak, hear, and communicate with PS, staff, and external representatives

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a human service discipline
- One to two years of job-specific experience in human services field
