Job Summary
Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments, teaching daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, and medication management while implementing treatment plans under clinician guidance. Administer and document medication care per MAP guidelines, transport residents to appointments, and advocate for their needs within a safe, clean home environment. Maintain a Saturday 11p-9a schedule for 10 hours, requiring a valid driver's license and mobility assistance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
