Job Summary
As a Residential Counselor, you will support adolescents in a residential treatment setting by providing enriching activities and creating a safe therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include role modeling effective coping strategies and helping students develop life skills such as cooking and banking. Ideal candidates will have a passion for social justice, experience in residential or mental health settings, and must be available for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
