Job Summary
As a Residential Counselor at the Merrimack Center, you will support adolescents in an Intensive Residential Treatment Program through daily activities, life skill development, and creating a safe, therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include role modeling coping strategies, providing physical interventions, and facilitating various recreational and educational activities. You will receive training to enhance your skills, have the opportunity for professional development, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This role requires a high school education, a valid driver's license, and a COVID-19 vaccination.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Maintains valid driver’s license
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts
- Background and driving record checks will be performed

- Experience working with adolescents
- Bilingual skills preferred for the $2,000 bonus
