Job Summary
Residential Counselor role providing behavioral health support to boys aged 12-21; responsibilities include interacting with residents, staff, families and collaterals; transporting residents to scheduled recreation activities; completing shift paperwork including reports, communication, incident reports, and special plans; following and implementing all treatment plan addendums or special plans; attending scheduled staff meetings and required trainings; providing emergency shift coverage as required. Requires 21+ with valid driver’s license, strong organization/communication, and experience with adolescents in residential/inpatient settings preferred.
Required Qualifications
