Residential Counselor I

Job Summary
Provide essential support, guidance, and life-changing skills to teen mothers in a safe, nurturing residential environment. Guide residents through daily routines including meal prep, schoolwork, chores, and self-care while fostering independence and managing crises with compassion. Work alongside a dedicated team to help young families transition into independent, self-sufficient adults. Sunday-Thursday full-time shifts from 3-11pm. Requires experience working with women, teens, or children in residential settings, plus a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and age 21 or older. Associate's Degree in Human Services is a plus.

- Experience working with women, teens, or children, especially in residential or community settings
- Ability to collaborate with others to create a positive environment and meet the needs of residents
- A natural ability to manage challenging situations with calm and compassion
- Must be 21+
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
