Job Summary
Residential Counselor for 6-bed teen residential treatment centers in the San Fernando Valley. Provide one-to-one support and supervision to adolescents (12-17) with mental health and substance abuse issues, lead psychoeducation groups and experiential activities (hiking, surf therapy, equine therapy, fitness), assist with daily living skills, maintain shift documentation, and support overall safety and well-being. Roles available as full-time or part-time with weekend shifts; location: Calabasas, CA (Calabasas campus). Compensation: $21.00-$27.00 per hour. Requires HS diploma/GED; must be at least 21 years old; opportunity for growth in mental health/social services fields.
