Job Summary
Coordinate client care and daily activities including meal preparation, household chores, grooming, and medication monitoring for individuals with severe mental illness and behavior disorders. Provide essential oversight in residential homes while working closely with senior clients who have somatic care needs. Maintain daily notes using eHR and possess the ability to drive a 15-passenger van with a valid license. Work Monday through Friday from 11pm to 8am.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to drive a 15-passenger van
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Experience using eHR for daily notes
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in mental health preferred
