Job Summary
Supervise clients in a structured, therapeutic environment while supporting daily program operations and reinforcing recovery-focused behaviors. Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support treatment goals, provide behavioral and emotional support, and facilitate crisis intervention, case management, and psychoeducational groups. Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes, admissions, discharges, attendance, and EMR records to meet local and state funding requirements. Assist clients with daily living activities and monitor client activity to ensure safety and awareness of interactions. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and client staffing to support coordinated care. Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness while upholding confidentiality and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) certification within 2 years of hire
- Valid driver's license

- Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or related field
