Job Summary
Residential Counselor provides active treatment and supports clients with developmental disabilities in a CILA/group-home setting. Responsibilities include implementing individual program plans, teaching and supporting use of community resources, assisting with daily living activities (personal hygiene, feeding, housekeeping), and facilitating participation in social and recreational activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and being at least 21 years old. Full-time schedule Saturday 9pm to Monday 10am in Grayslake, IL; pay is $21.35/hr with paid training and comprehensive benefits.
