Residential Counselor

Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), teaching ADLs (e.g., cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance; administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities; advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. Requires High school diploma/GED and a Valid driver’s license; English and basic computer proficiency; compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Bonus: lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:00pm-9:00am; Bridgewater, MA. MAP certification training opportunity offered.
