Residential Counselor – Alder CILA in Mount Prospect, IL provides direct active treatment to clients with developmental disabilities, including training per individual program plans, assisting with community resources, and daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, housekeeping) as well as participation in social and recreational program activities. The role is part-time (26 hours) with weekend/overnight schedule (Sunday 7am - Monday 9am) and pay of $21.35/hr plus paid training; required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and being at least 21 years old.
