Residential Counselor (580)

Residential Counselor role with Lifeworks supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a Natick, MA residential program. Responsibilities include promoting health and safety, providing hands-on direct care (showering, toileting, meal-time assistance), ensuring a secure environment, delivering education, training, counseling, and ISP goal work across functional academics, domestic skills, health, and social skills; developing and presenting annual ISPs and semi-annual assessments; providing transportation; maintaining confidential case files; attending meetings; and coordinating with families, guardians, and providers. Requirements include experience working with ID/DD, a Bachelor's or Associate degree with two years of related experience or HS diploma with five years of related experience in Human Services, ability to pass background checks, valid driver's license, and MAP certification preferred.
