Job Summary
Residential Counselor (Part Time) providing trauma-informed, direct-care support to latency-aged clients in a group home. Responsibilities include facilitating enriching daily activities (arts/crafts, recreational activities, offsite field trips), modeling effective coping strategies, and helping clients develop life skills such as cooking, banking, and vocational skills. Evening/weekend 2nd shift schedule (Sunday-Wednesday 4PM-8PM or Wednesday-Saturday 4PM-8PM). Eligible for a $2,000 bilingual bonus; access to benefits (medical, dental, 401K), tuition reimbursement, PTO, and professional development. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license for transporting clients, and be able to work evenings and weekends; background checks will be performed.
