Job Summary
Provide teaching, monitoring, and recovery-oriented supports including assertiveness training, community integration, daily living skills, and medication management. Ensure comprehensive person-centered planning for resident admission, ongoing services, and discharge. Observe, monitor, and document resident behaviors and progress while assisting with meal preparation, recreational activities, safe transportation, and household chores. Supervise resident medications and perform other duties necessary for the residence's operation. Evening and overnight shifts include a $1 shift differential. Openings are available in Buffalo and Cheektowaga.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least Eighteen (18) years of age
- Driving record that meets agency's clean driving record policy
- QMHS Standard
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services
- Associate's degree in Human Services
- 3-years FT related paid experience
- High school diploma and 5 years related paid experience
