Residential Coordinator-STAR Program

Initiate, support, and ensure quality of life through empowerment, safety awareness, and respect for individuals served. Oversee medication treatment and administration by preparing orders, medication records, checklists, and occurrence reports while ensuring corrective actions occur. Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, including on-call team participation. Act as a primary implementer of Individual Service Plan goals and take necessary actions in response to abuse or neglect complaints. Ensure overall health and well-being by accompanying individuals to medical appointments, arranging follow-ups, and managing benefits such as Social Security and housing subsidies. Complete all required documentation within the electronic health record, review supervisee work, and prepare ISP process materials including annual assessments. Maintain program safety by reporting concerns, ensuring property upkeep, and conducting required fire drills. Communicate effectively between staff, outside agencies, and families while attending mandatory trainings and meetings.
